DEPOSIT POLICY

A 50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 45 days prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY - WITHIN 30 DAYS

If you find it necessary to cancel your trip or change dates or cottage . . . Before the 30th day prior to your arrival, a penalty of one night’s rent will be deducted from your refund. There will be no refund if you cancel within 30 days of your arrival.
